We are proud to offer FREE US SHIPPING with all orders of $19 or more.

Delivery can take up to 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination state inside the US.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

How do I track my package?

As soon as tracking is available for your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. All packages will be delivered by your national postal service (USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail etc.)

What do I do if my package was delivered to the wrong address?

My tracking information shows my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What do I do?

First, check with family and neighbors - many customers find they did receive their order. If you have double-checked and still have not received your order, feel free to send us an email to contact@gigear.ltd so we can make sure you receive your order.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Asia. We also have plans to establish partnerships with local fulfillment centers in the USA and Europe.

Can you ship to PO Boxes? Maybe, but Most Likely Not.

I put the wrong address at checkout, can I change it?

Moderately! Email us immediately with the correct address you want us to ship to in order to ensure that your address is updated promptly!
